How SmartCall Works

SmartCall uses callback technology for your international calls:
• You tell us the telephone number you are calling from
• You tell us the telephone number you want to call
• We call you back and connect you to the international number

You make a local call using your own phone. We call you back, so it is in an inbound call to you, like receiving a call from a friend. Therefore you do not pay MTL, Celtel or Telekom for the international call. You pay us for this incoming call.

You can sign up for a free trial account which allows you to use SmartCall for 30 days, with a maximum of K1,000. These calls are paid for afterwards.

If you want to continue using SmartCall after that, you can subscribe for a pre-paid or post-paid account.

After you subsribe, it is easy to make international calls with SmartCall.
1) Call Happy Call Telephone Operator at 01 797390 / 08 343955 / 09 274438.
2) Use the Phone Callback method, initiating the international calls from your Celtel number.
3) Use the SMS Callback method, initiating the international call from any cell phone.

Any of these methods will make us call you back and connect you to your international destination number at the lowest rates.
